Classes for 2009

Circuits Class in Caerwent off for 3 weeks in New Year

There will be a class on Wednesday 7th January as usual but Caerwent Hall Refurbishment means that the hall will be out of action from 11th January till the start of February therefore unfortunately there will be no  classes on 14th, 21st and 28th January but will be restarting on the 4th February 

Optimize Personal Training runs a circuits class on a Wednesday evening in Caerwent Village hall at 6.30 suitable for all levels of fitness at a cost of £3.00 per person. For more information contact me via phone or e-mail.

We are currently looking into setting up another circuits based class in the near future, if anybody has any preferences on time or venue or even type of class please feel free to email me your suggestions 

A Weight management class is also going to start later on this year which will be a 2 hour session once a week running for 8 weeks. The first hour will be a presentation on different aspects of nutrition and its effects on body and mind, then the second hour will be an exercise class catering for mixed levels of fitness.
