"I always trained alone and found that I was struggling to maintain the motivation and the drive to finish various sets to completion. Paul suggested that I start personal training with him. I must admit I was a little sceptical at first, what more could Paul achieve than I could not? My scepticism was misplaced as Paul ensured that I was put on the correct programme for my needs. This consisted of segregating different muscle groups, chest one day, shoulders the next, etc. I had never thought of doing this before. 

Paul gave me the motivation and determination to finish at all times, even the most difficult of exercises, through encouragement and physical support and at crucial times when I found myself struggling to finish certain heavy weight sets. Without Paul’s help most sets would have gone unfinished. Paul also advised me on my eating habits to ensure the maximum muscle growth and to maintain my body at the optimum fitness level. I have been training with Paul for over six months and the results, I’m happy to say, are noticeable. Overall, I am stronger and I have learned new techniques and this makes the training sessions varied and enjoyable.

I have known Paul Robertshaw for many months, as my personal trainer. Since commencing my sessions with Paul I have lost nine pounds in weight over a four week period and can now undertake a three-mile run.
